I guess it's all the more shame that this fruit didn't rip a nice file from a DVD copy before he did this. You should try bit torrent, SSF. It's architecture was specifically conceived for people in this guy's situation: have a big file to distribute globally, don't have a lot of bandwidth to do it.

Because people downloading the file all simultaneously upload the pieces they've got so far to everyone else, effectively donating their bandwidth, the original file distributor only has to bear a small part of the load. That is, it looks like it was filmed in a movie theater, but there is little or no flicker.
